Geneviève Harbec

Including a successful career with Cirque du Soleil, in over a decade and a half of my professional sports and marketing career, I have led many successful large-scale marketing campaigns, resulting in the direct sales of over 6 million event and show tickets, generating over $350 million. Holder of a masters degree in sports management from Texas A&M University as well as a BA in sports management from Brock University, I have also worked for the Montreal Alouettes Football Club (including planning and executing the 2008 Grey Cup festival in Montreal), the Canadian Formula 1 Grand Prix, the Edmonton Indy, NASCAR in Montreal, and was a long-serving marketing coordinator for the Montreal Impact.

Geneviève is also Lecturer in Sport Marketing at HEC Montreal and Mentor for the Parcours de la Relève, initiative of the Espace Leadership au Féminin from the Pôle Sports HEC Montreal.
